- LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA
- COOPERSTOWN, NEW YORK - YOGI BEAR JELLYSTONE PARK®
- ELMER, NEW JERSEY - YOGI BEAR JELLYSTONE PARK®
- ASHLAND, NEW HAMPSHIRE - YOGI BEAR JELLYSTONE PARK®

(collectively "Marks"), and owns, uses, and licenses others to use certain registered and common law Marks, trade names, copyrights, designs and trade dress (collectively "Intellectual Property"). Your company ("You") may, with permission of the Licensor, use Marks and Intellectual Property as approved by Adventure Bound Camping Resorts. You acknowledge that your use of Marks and Intellectual Property is subject to review and approval by the Licensor and that you will comply with Licensor's current Advertising Standards, Identity Standards, and Brand Standards.
